Christmas wreaths are one of my favorite decorations because there are endless variations that you can use to make them unique. I have tons of dried flowers that I have harvested from my meadows and like to use them to decorate for Christmas as a reminder of my overflowing flower beds of summer. Bringing them in and using them makes all that hard work growing them worth it.

Foraging
Even if you don’t have access to a garden, you can easily pick up drieds at local farmers markets, local floral supplies, and online. For my base, I usually use either grape vine, or a faux Christmas wreath. Drying sliced oranges and chili peppers adds a lot to the wreaths and using foraged materials like dried moss, lichened branches, and fungi can elevate any wreath.

And if you don’t have space on a wall or door for a wreath, how about decorating a small everlasting tree?
